ARTIST
OF CARTER MANAGEMENT, LLC, BEGINS SINGING CAREER AS IF SHE’S A
SEASON VETERAN
Reno,
Nevada, April 18, 2012 (CM Media Firm) Carter Management, LLC first
solo artist; 22-year-old Autumn Carter, wasn’t into scheduling
weekend dates with boys on her cell phone like most ordinary girls
when she was in high school. Instead, she was penning lyrics and
recording melodies in hopes of one day being heard on a national
podium.
Now,
Autumn’s own lyrics and melodies will finally be heard as the vocal
prowess on the Newly schedule release single 911 co-written by
herself and song writer, Dalvin DeGrate, of former multi-platinum
selling R&B group Jodeci and producer SL, whose music has been
used by Def Jam, BET, MTV, HBO, and CW’s internationally syndicated
show, Melrose Place.
Even
at the tender age of four, Autumn instinctively knew what she wanted
do after watching her favorite musical movie, Annie.
She recalls begging her mother to put her into the play; “I wanted
so desperately to be in the movie Annie. So my mother found a school
where I could audition for the part and I landed it,” She says. “As
soon as I took to the stage, I knew that was where I wanted to be.”
And
since then it has never stopped. Autumn has experienced the industry
like a retired veteran, working with producers such as: Donald Parks
and Ezekiel Lewis who have produced and penned hits for artists such
as: Pink, Britney Spears, Toni Braxton as well as Benedetto
Caccavale, who produced tracks for Maxwell and Justin Timberlake .
She has vocally trained with Usher’s and Mariah Carey’s former
vocal coach, Robin Brown. She sang at the Apollo in New York at 13
and again at Live
In Hollywood
when she was 14.
But
after working with many producers and song writers, Autumn started
opting for the ink pen herself and began formulating lyrics to the
melodies in her head, “I wanted to have my own sound. I wanted to
have songs that were more natural so I could tell a story from my
point of view.” Currently working with industry producer and
songwriter Chris Dixon of Cliffhanger Records, and legendary
singer/songwriter Joey Diggs, Autumn is able to belt out the music
that is within her soul. “I Love BIG Songs” and I know working
with these music veterans I have the freedom to deliver beautiful
music that lives in me and I’m ready to share it with the world.
Autumn
knew her diligence in song writing had paid off when she co-wrote 911
with Dalvin DeGrate, who is now starting his solo career to write an
R&B/ Pop song. Honored and ecstatic she is now one step closer
to fulfilling her long-term goals she explains:
“I
want my music to last for decades—I want to give people memories
that will last for a life time. I want to leave a mark in the
industry, a mark that says Autumn was here.”
